An introspective journey can be as transformative as anywhere in the world.
Unlike geographical places, there are also magical ones; the ones I get to by closing my eyes and letting myself be carried away by the sounds, connecting with something higher that exerts an immaterial force into my hands and creative senses. As far as I can remember, traveling and singing have allowed me to get closer to myself.
From a very young age, I have felt a strong connection to spirituality and ancient cultures. My great interest in Hinduism and Buddhism led me to take a trip to Nepal, specifically to study Tantra yoga and meditation with the guru yogi Prakash Dungana, founder of the Shanti Yoga Ashram children’s school and yoga school. My interest in yogic philosophy, specifically nada yoga or yoga of sound, led me to vibrational healing and music therapy. Since then, my path has been filled with opportunities to get to know and learn different techniques and ancestral knowledge: reiki, ayurveda, voice healing, shamanism, dowsing, vibrational medicine, etc.
I have studied different subjects to get to know myself better, learn and connect with my passions and interests. I studied music therapy at the University of Girona. I am a certified sound therapy practitioner by the Sound as a bell school in Scotland, certified in mindfulness by the coach David Bejarano and emotional intelligence at The Priority Academy. I am currently studying philosophy and psychology at the Open University of Scotland.
I keep discovering new paths and transforming myself during every period of light and shadow. I have met many people, and I have discovered many tools that helped me overcome obstacles and go through some unpleasant moments of transformation. I am happy to share what I know with people and learn with them during the processes of therapeutic accompaniment, discovery and introspection.
