Each session will begin with a small ritual to open the space and prepare our energy for the experience that follows. Any topic can be addressed with this type of coaching, during which the focus will be explored from multiple perspectives resulting in an amazing change. The style of the session is based on forming and solidifying a relationship with our own inner-being.
The tools we’ll use are practical and aim to take you to the next level, from the inside out, making such transformations sustainable. Through guided, interactive visualization you will discover your own inner world, which will also strengthen your connection with your creative spirit.
Finally, you will choose a divinatory card and we will explore its meaning. Each session lasts up to 70 -80 min

Within this session you will learn to tap into the expression of your inner world. This exploration enhances the creative capacity of your mind. Through guidance and visualisation you will discover the language of and meaning within your unique symbolism.
The space I create within my sessions is characterized by the peace you will feel.
Everything is welcome in this session — there is no judging from my side. Openness is my policy in life, it’s honesty that I believe is the true source of peace. I will invite you to be honest with yourself, speak up about what bothers you, and, in short, vent out what needs to be out.
Speaking out loud about yourself is one of the best exercises to reach clarity on any topic concerning you. All insights arising in our session will be fully integrated, ensuring your steady and solid evolution.
